Phil Collins publicará box set con colaboraciones de George Harrison, Annie Lennox y Peter Gabriel

Phil Collins, el hombre tras éxitos como "In the air tonight" y la banda sonora de Tarzán, publicará un box especial que compila todos los trabajos en conjunto con otros artistas a lo largo de su carrera. Bajo el nombre Plays Well With Others (toca bien con otros), Collins pondrá a la venta este conjunto de cuatro discos el 28 de septiembre.

Según informa Rolling Stone, en total serán 59 canciones distribuidas en los CD's, los cuales cuentan con el trabajo de Peter Gabriel, Robert Plant, Eric Clapton, Paul McCarney, Tears for Fears, Genesis, Quincy Jones, George Martin, Laura Pausini, The Bee Gees, Annie Lennox, Joe Cocker y Bryan Adams; entre otros.

Además, el catálogo de canciones juega con diversidad de ritmos y estilos musicales que pretende reafirmar la versatilidad de Phil Collins: "He hecho lo que he querido gran parte de mi carrera, y fui bien recompensando por algo que hice sin esperar nada a cambio: tocar la batería. En ese tiempo, toqué con varios de mis ídolos, y algunos se convirtieron en grandes amigos. En estos cuatros discos encontrarán una mera noción de esos momentos", dijo el  músico.
